motherboard processor help

can someone please suggest a store where i can order a 900mhz and pentium 3 that will work with the 001.what mother board can i get i have around $350

i have not checked intel prices lately, but i would have to say good luck finding a 900 mhz PIII for under 300 bucks. i would go to pricewatch.com and look for prices before setting my heart on anything. Remember though those prices are really chip, and there is taxes to worry about in stores. Christian

thanks chris my new intel d815eea just arrived for a measly $360. it has a pentium 3 900mhz processor!! now all i have to do is install it=( i got it from tiger direct . the service was lousy but hey they didnt charge me yet. maybe they wont

Yeah well i guess you are right, i figured you would be paying a lot more for the processor then that, but yup i just checked prices and intel has really been slashing prices recently. Just for comparison though i just spent 398 on an amd athlon thunderbird 800 and an asus a7v133 (new kt133 chipset supporting 133mhz fsb) 256 megs of micron ram(133), and a heavy duty winfop fan.
